Delivery of Artworks
Your orders are carefully shipped, mostly via La Poste (Colissimo tracked) for France and internationally, depending on the destination.
Delivery Zones & Restrictions
Certain countries or regions may be excluded due to:
- Of the customs restrictions
- Of the fragility of artworks (very large formats or bronze pieces)
- Of the local logistical conditions
Check exclusions and conditions on the website of La Poste Internationale.
Customs Fees & Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU:
- Of the customs fees may be applied upon arrival.
- These costs are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to release the package.

Insurance & Liabilities
During transport
- All artworks are insured against damage and loss.
- In case of an incident, you must:
- Refuse the package if the packaging is damaged.
- Contact us within 48h with photos for declaration.
⚠️ Once the package is accepted without reservation, the insurance liability expires.
Cost of insurance
- Included in standard shipments (Colissimo).
- Possible supplement for high-value artworks (contact us).
Artworks Returns & Warranties
Special Conditions for Sculptures
- No returns possible on custom artworks (resin/bronze).
- Limited warranty to manufacturing defects (to be reported within 7 days).
For standard prints (non-customized)
- Return accepted within 14 days if the artwork is intact (return shipping costs at your expense).
- Refund after verification (possible deductions if original packaging is missing).

- Carefully check the photos and dimensions.
- Ask us for additional visuals if needed.
