Delivery of Artworks

Your orders are carefully shipped, mostly via La Poste (Colissimo tracked) for France and internationally, depending on the destination.

Delivery Zones & Restrictions

Certain countries or regions may be excluded due to:

  • Of the customs restrictions
  • Of the fragility of artworks (very large formats or bronze pieces)
  • Of the local logistical conditions

Customs Fees & Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU:

  • Of the customs fees may be applied upon arrival.
  • These costs are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to release the package.

Insurance & Liabilities

 

During transport

  • All artworks are insured against damage and loss.
  • In case of an incident, you must:
    1. Refuse the package if the packaging is damaged.
    2. Contact us within 48h with photos for declaration.

⚠️ Once the package is accepted without reservation, the insurance liability expires.

 

Cost of insurance

  • Included in standard shipments (Colissimo).
  • Possible supplement for high-value artworks (contact us).

 

Artworks Returns & Warranties

 

Special Conditions for Sculptures

  • No returns possible on custom artworks (resin/bronze).
  • Limited warranty to manufacturing defects (to be reported within 7 days).

 

For standard prints (non-customized)

  • Return accepted within 14 days if the artwork is intact (return shipping costs at your expense).
  • Refund after verification (possible deductions if original packaging is missing).

 

Tips before ordering

  • Carefully check the photos and dimensions.
  • Ask us for additional visuals if needed.
